摘要
由于不同接地方式,不同线束走向对车辆电驱动系统的电磁兼容(EMC)性能有不同的影响,因此在整车级和零部件级的EMC试验结果也会有所不同。为了在车辆电驱动系统EMC测试中作出更准确的预判,提出了电驱动总成系统级的测试方案。通过对电驱动系统的零部件级、系统级、整车级的EMC测试结果进行分析,表明了系统级试验能较好地反映车辆的实际性能,对车辆的电磁兼容研发具有重要意义。
Due to different grounding methods and wiring harness directions have different effects on the EMC performance of vehicle electric drive system,the EMC test results at vehicle level and parts level are also different.In order to make more accurate prediction in EMC test of vehicle electric drive system,a system level test scheme of electric drive assembly is proposed.Through the analysis of the EMC test results of the parts level,system level and vehicle level of the electric drive system,it shows that the system level test can better reflect the actual performance of the vehicle,which is of great significance to the EMC research and development of vehicles.
