复方芙蓉花叶提取物体外抑菌作用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的比较复方芙蓉花叶不同提取方法提取物的体外抑菌作用。方法采用乙醇、乙酸乙酯及水分别对复方芙蓉花叶进行提取,再用二倍稀释法将提取物对大肠埃希菌和表皮葡萄球菌进行体外抑菌试验。结果乙醇提取方法的提取率为26.60%,对大肠埃希菌、表皮葡萄球菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)分别为68.18 g/L和34.09 g/L;乙酸乙酯萃取方法的提取率为1.40%,对大肠埃希菌、表皮葡萄球菌的MIC分别为4.26 g/L和1.07 g/L;水提取方法的提取率为30.40%,对大肠埃希菌、表皮葡萄球菌的MIC分别为68.18 g/L和4.26 g/L。结论 3种提取方法提取复方芙蓉花叶所得提取物对大肠埃希菌及表皮葡萄球菌均有明显抑菌效果,但乙酸乙酯萃取的提取物抑菌效果最佳。 Objective To compare the bacteriostatic effect of different extraction schemes of compound Hibiscus mosaic in vitro.Methods Ethanol,ethyl acetate and water solvent were used to extract compound Hibiscus mosaic,and then the extract was used to inhibit Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus epidermidis in vitro.Results The extraction rate of ethanol extraction was 26.60%,the minimum inhibitory concentration( MIC) of Escherichia coli was 68.18 g/L,and the MIC of Staphylococcus epidermis was 34.09 g/L.The extraction rate of ethyl acetate extraction was 1.40%,the MIC of Escherichia coli was 4.26 g/L,and the MIC of Staphylococcus epidermis was 1.07 g/L.The extraction rate of water extraction program was 30.40%,the MIC of Escherichia coli was 68.18 g/L,and the MIC of Staphylococcus epidermis was 4.26 g/L.Conclusion The three extract methods of compound Hibiscus mosaic can all produce obvious antibacterial effects on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus epidermis,but the optimal extraction method for obtaining the best bacteriostatic effect is ethyl acetate extraction.
