摘要 目的拟开发一种含植物提取物治疗烧烫伤皮肤的喷膜剂。方法采用单因素设计试验,筛选成膜材料聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP-K30)、羟丙甲纤维素(HPMC)及乙醇体积分数;采用正交试验设计,以PVP-K30、HPMC及乙醇体积分数为考察因素,以喷出状态、流失性及成膜时间为考察指标,优化喷膜剂的制备工艺,通过喷膜剂的性状、成膜时间、酸碱度、透气性、吸湿性等指标对其质量进行评价。结果该喷膜剂最优处方为6%PVP-K30、0.2%HPMC及42%乙醇;性状为无色澄清液体,气味芳香;平均pH为5.87;平均透气性为16.65%;平均吸湿性为14.98%;平均成膜时间为4 min 18 s。结论该制备工艺稳定,方法简单,成膜时间短,喷膜剂呈雾状喷出,同时成膜效果好,其酸碱度、透气性、吸湿性均符合规定。 Objective To develop a disinfection spray film containing plant extracts for the treatment of burn and scald skin.Methods The concentration of polyvinylpyrrolidone( PVP-K30),hydroxypropyl methylcellulose( HPMC) and ethanol were selected by single factor design.The orthogonal test design was used to optimize the preparation process of the spray film agent,taking the concentration of PVP-K30,HPMC and ethanol as the investigation factor,the spray state,the loss and the film forming time as the investigation indexes.The quality of the spray film was evaluated by its properties,time of film formation,pH,permeability and hygroscopicity.Results The optimal formulation of the spray film was: 6% PVP-K30,0.2% HPMC and 42% ethanol,the properties of the spray were colorless and clear liquid with fragrant smell,the average pH was 5.87,the average permeability was 16.65%,the average hygroscopicity was 14.98%,the average film forming time was 4 min 18 s.Conclusion The preparation process is stable,the method is simple,the film-forming time is short,the film-forming effect is foggy;besides,the film-forming effect number,its pH,permeability and hygroscopicity meet the requirements.
