摘要
目的优选山参颗粒干法制粒最佳工艺。方法以成型率、溶化性、吸湿率为考察指标,采用单因素试验筛选山参颗粒辅料种类和比例;以成型率为考察指标,通过L9(34)正交试验优选山参颗粒干法制粒的最佳工艺。结果筛选的山参颗粒辅料种类和用量为浸膏粉-糊精-可溶性淀粉(6∶3∶1);最佳干法制粒工艺为送料频率8 Hz,压片频率20 Hz,制粒频率14 Hz。结论优选的山参颗粒干法制粒工艺稳定可行,可为山参颗粒生产提供参考。
Objective To optimize the optimal granulation process of Shanshen Granules.Methods The granulation rate,solubility,and moisture absorption were used to screen the types and dosages of excipients.The granulation rate as an indicator,the L9(34) orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the dry granulation process of Shanshen Granules.Results The optimal types and dosages of the Shanshen Granules were extract powder: dextrin: soluble starch( 6 ∶ 3 ∶ 1);the best dry granulation process was a feeding frequency of 8 Hz,a tableting frequency of 20 Hz,and a granulation frequency of 14 Hz.Conclusion The optimal granulation process of Shanshen Granules is stable and feasible,which provides a reference for the production of Shanshen Granules.
