ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸用于重症新型冠状病毒肺炎的临床价值分析

Clinical Value of ω-3 Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids in the Treatment of Severe COVID-19

目的为新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)重症患者制订肠内营养方案提供参考。方法分析和比较ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸(ω-3 PUFA)在治疗COVID-19重症患者中的专家建议和国内外COVID-19重症患者治疗中的临床证据。结果结合COVID-19特点,美国《重症营养指南》中对内科重症患者肠内是否补充ω-3 PUFA的建议更适用于COVID-19重症患者。结论ω-3 PUFA在COVID-19重症患者的肠内营养应用中价值有限,不建议肠内常规补充ω-3 PUFA。

Objective To provide reference for the formulation of enteral nutrition program for severe corona virus disease-2019( COVID-19) patients.Methods Analysis and comparison of omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids( ω-3 PUFA) in the treatment of severe COVID-19 expert recommendations and clinical evidence for the treatment of critically ill patients at home and abroad were conducted.Results Combined with the characteristics of COVID-19 disease,the US Guidelines for Critical Nutrition,which recommend whether or not to supplement the ω-3 PUFA in the intestine of patients with severe medical conditions,were more applicable to those with severe COVID-19.Conclusions ω-3 PUFA has limited value in enteral nutrition application in severe patients with COVID-19,and routine enteral supplementation is not recommended.
