摘要
汉建初买地玉券,清光绪十八年(1892)出土于山西忻州,现藏上海博物馆。券文中记载了购买冢田的四至及面积,学者们借此来研究东汉亩制及亩积等问题,取得了一定的研究成果,但众说纷纭,至今未得确解。文章将出土文献与传世文献相比照,运用传统训诂学及数学、几何等理论知识,考辨我国亩制与“四不等田”计算发展史,从而对汉建初买地玉券中“亩积”计算问题做出新的阐释。
“Han Jianchu Buying Land Contract”,was unearthed in Xinzhou,Shanxi,in 18th year of Emperor Guangxu(1892),and now houses in Shanghai Museum.The Contract recorded the four sides and the area of the tomb fields with which scholars studied the problems of Mu system and Mu area of the Eastern Han Dynasty,and achieved some research results.But opinions vary,and so far no definitive answer has been found.Comparing the unearthed documents with the handed down documents,this paper mainly uses the knowledge of philology,exegesis,mathematics,etc.,to make a preliminary discussion on the“one acre area”problem,and puts forward related views.
