STS dimension in the study of history of science and technology——Comprehensive experience based on“The Chronicle of World Technology”(Chemical Volume)

STS向度是一种超越不同边界,系统研究科学技术史的“全向度”。为此,至少要明确科学、技术及其与社会的历史关系,注重研究技术创新史,掌握复杂性科学的理论和方法。化工技术的产生和发展既和化学理论有关又与社会环境有关,要对其进行STS向度的研究。

STS dimension is a kind of omnidirectional dimension that transcends the boundaries of different dimensions and systematically studies the history of science and technology.Therefore,we should at least make clear the historical relationship between science,technology and society,pay attention to the history of technological innovation,and master the theory and method of complexity science.The production and development of chemical technology is related to both chemical theory and social environmental factors.It is necessary to study it in the STS dimension.
