摘要
营养主义是营养科学、食品工业和新闻媒体共同铸就的现代食品意识形态,深刻地影响着我们对食物的认知和选择。营养主义对食物和人体进行了过分的简化和还原,以此为基础构造的现代饮食不仅牺牲了进食的快感和幸福感,而且产生一系列与饮食相关的慢性疾病,严重危及人体的健康。如何克服和超越营养主义,使人体重返健康就成为当代食品哲学关注的核心问题之一。
Nutritionism is a contemporary ideology of food which is constructed by nutrition science,government institution,food industry and news media,and it has deep influences on our understanding and choice of food.Nutritionism is a pseudoscience based on reductism,and the modern diet which is constructed by nutritionism not only sacrifices the pleasure and happiness of eating,but also brings with a series of chronic disease associated with diet,seriously endangering human health.Some scholars have criticized the reductive limits of nutritionism,and put forward some approaches to overcome nutritionism.
