摘要
以酸模、蓖麻、麦瓶草种子为试验材料,在10~35℃恒温范围内设6个处理,研究对种子发芽率、发芽势及发芽指数的影响,旨在探究药用植物种子萌发对不同温度的响应,为药用植物在北方建植繁殖提供基础理论依据。结果显示:酸模种子在10~35℃内均可萌发,最适温度为25℃;蓖麻种子可在20~35℃内萌发,在10℃、15℃不萌发,最适温度为25℃;麦瓶草种子在10~35℃内均可萌发,发芽率均在60%以上,最适萌发温度为20℃。酸模和麦瓶草种子萌发温幅较宽,有较强的适应性,可作为北方药用植物引种利用的优良品种。
Rumex acetosa seeds,Ricinus communis seeds,and Silene conoidea seeds were taken as materials,the temperature was set in a constant temperature ranged from 10℃to 35℃for 6 treatments to investigate their germination rates.The influence of germination potential and germination index was used to study the response of seed germination of three medicinal plants to different temperatures,and to provide a theoretical basis for the establishment and propagation of medicinal plants in the northern areas of China.The results showed that the Rumex acetosa seeds could germinate within 10~35℃,the optimum temperature was 25℃,the Ricinus communis seeds could germinate within 20~35℃,while they could not germinate at 10℃and 15℃,the optimal temperature was 25℃;the seeds of Silene conoidea could germinate within 10~35℃,the germination rate was above 60%,and the optimal germination temperature was 20℃.The germination temperature of Rumex acetosa and Ricinus communis seeds was wide and had strong adaptability,so it could be used as an excellent variety for the introduction and utilization of northern medicinal plants in China.
