摘要
[目的/意义]从信息生态视角定义网络信息资源配置效率,构建网络信息资源生态化配置效率评价指标体系,测度我国网络信息资源生态化配置效率及演化趋势。[方法/过程]采用改进的超效率DEA-SBM模型和DEA-Malmquist模型分别从静态和动态视角揭示我国网络信息资源生态化配置效率及变化。[结果/结论]我国网络信息资源生态化配置效率仍处于较低水平,地区之间存在较大差异。从时序演化看,配置效率总体上呈上升趋势,并且可以通过技术进步提高网络信息资源生态化配置效率。[局限]由于后续统计指标变化或缺失,无法获得近两年的新数据,尚未揭示近期的配置效率及变化趋势。
[Purpose/significance]From the perspective of information ecology,this paper defined the efficiency of network information resource allocation and constructed an evaluation index system,which was used to measure the efficiencies of network information resources ecological allocation and their changes in China.[Method/process]The improved super efficiency DEA-SBM model and DEA-Malmquist model were used to reveal the efficiency and changes of ecological allocation of China’s network information resources from static and dynamic perspectives respectively.[Result/conclusion]The overall efficiency of ecological allocation of network information resources in China was still relatively low,and there were significant differences between regions.From the perspective of time series evolution,the allocation efficiency was generally on the rise,and it could be improved through technical advancement.[Limitations]Due to changes or missing of subsequent statistical indicators,the authors couldn’t get the latest data and reveal the recent allocation efficiency and changing trends.
