基于三阶段DEA模型的在线健康社区知识交流效率评价研究

Research on Evaluation Efficiency of Knowledge Exchange in Online Healthy Community Based on Three-stage DEA Model

[目的/意义]针对目前在线健康社区知识交流效率研究未剔除环境因素影响的问题,文章在分析环境因素对在线健康社区知识交流效率影响的基础上,剔除外生因素对在线健康社区知识交流效率的影响,为客观评价在线健康社区的知识交流效率提供参考。[方法/过程]采用熵权法确定各影响因素的权重,基于三阶段DEA模型,以"丁香园论坛"的"内分泌与代谢病""急救与危重""呼吸与胸部疾病""心血管""肿瘤医学"5个版块为例,分析剔除外生因素前后在线健康社区知识交流效率的变化。[结果/结论]剔除外生因素的影响后,在线健康社区知识交流效率降低;用户权威性和发帖质量对在线健康社区知识交流效率有正向影响,而用户积极性对在线健康社区知识交流效率有负向影响。

[Purpose/significance]In view of the fact that the current online health community knowledge exchange efficiency research does not exclude the impact of environmental factors,the article analyzes the impact of environmental factors on the online health community knowledge exchange efficiency,and excludes the impact of exogenous factors on the online health community knowledge exchange efficiency,which is objective to provide references for evaluating the efficiency of knowledge exchange in the online health community.[Method/process]The weight of each influencing factor is determined by the entropy weight method,and based on the three-stage DEA model,taking the"Endocrine and Metabolic Diseases","First Aid and Critical Care","Respiratory and Chest Diseases","Cardiovascular"and"Oncology Medicine"of the"Lilac Garden Forum"as an example to analyze the changes in the efficiency of online health community knowledge exchange before and after eliminating exogenous factors.[Result/conclusion]After eliminating the impact of exogenous factors,the efficiency of knowledge exchange in the online health community;users’authority and users’post quality have a positive impact on the efficiency of knowledge exchange in the online health community,while users’enthusiasm negatively affects the efficiency of knowledge exchange in the online health community.
