总结12例危重型新型冠状病毒肺炎患者有创通气后的气道管理要点。护理重点包括正确使用呼吸机的管理、气道湿化管理、吸痰护理、人工气道气囊管理及对患者自身的正确管理。采取有效护理措施,有助新冠肺炎患者病情良性发展,也可避免医护人员发生职业暴露,降低院感风险。

We summarized the key points of airway management after invasive ventilation in 12 critically ill COVID-19 patients.The key points of nursing included the management of proper use of ventilator,airway humidification management,sputum aspiration nursing,the management of artificial airway and airbag,and the correct management of patients themselves.Effective nursing measures helped patients with COVID-19 develop well,avoided the occupational exposure and reduced the risk of nosocomial infection.
