生理盐水雾化联合气道廓清技术在NTM感染合并支气管扩张患者中的应用

Application of normal saline atomization and airway clearance in patients with NTM infection complicated with bronchiectasis

目的探讨生理盐水雾化联合气道廓清技术在NTM感染合并支气管扩张患者中的排痰治疗效果。方法选取2019年6月至11月本院收治入院的50例NTM感染合并支气管扩张、伴有胸闷气促患者,其中2019年6月18日至7月16日的25例为对照组,2019年7月24日至11月5日的25例纳入观察组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上应用生理盐水雾化联合气道廓清技术;比较两组患者排痰困难程度、呼吸困难程度情况。结果干预前,两组患者排痰难度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后3 d、5 d,观察组排痰困难程度分别为(2.04±0.46)分、(1.32±0.48)分,均低于对照组(2.56±0.51)分、(2.04±0.46)分,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);干预前,两组患者呼吸困难评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后3 d、5 d,观察组呼吸困难程度分别为(1.80±0.71)分、(0.88±0.83)分,均低于对照组(2.24±0.60)分、(1.60±0.77)分,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论生理盐水雾化联合气道廓清技术能有效促进NTM感染合并支气管扩张患者痰液的排出,改善患者呼吸困难症状,促进患者康复。

Objective To investigate the effect of saline atomization combined with airway clearance on sputum excretion in patients with NTM infection complicated with bronchiectasis.Methods 50 cases of NTM infection complicated with bronchiectasis treated at our hospital from June to November,2019 were selected.The 25 cases treated from June 18th to July 16th were set as a control group,and the other 25 from July 24th to November 5th as an observation group.The control group were routinely cared;in addition,the observation group took saline atomization and airway clearance.The difficulty degrees of sputum excretion and breathing were compared between these two groups.Results Before the intervention,there was no statistical difference the difficulty of sputum excretion between the two groups(P>0.05).3 and 5 days after the intervention,the scores of difficulty of sputum excretion was lower in the observation group than in the control group[(2.04±0.46)vs.(2.56±0.51)and(1.32±0.48)vs.(2.04±0.46);both P<0.05].Before the intervention,there was no statistical difference the difficulty of breathing between the two groups(P>0.05).3 and 5 days after the intervention,the scores of dyspnea were lower in the observation group than in the control group[(1.80±0.71)vs.(2.24±0.60)and(0.88±0.83)vs.(1.60±0.77)].Conclusion Saline atomization combined with airway clearance can effectively promote sputum excretion in patients with NTM infection complicated with bronchiectasis,improve their symptoms of dyspnea and recovery.
