腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术患者术后性生活质量影响因素分析及其干预对策

Factors influencing quality of sexual life after laparoscopic myomectomy and its intervention measures

目的探讨腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术患者术后性生活质量分析及其干预对策。方法选取2018年3月至2019年5月本院收治的子宫肌瘤患者50例为研究对象。通过问卷调查方式,收集研究对象基本资料及术后性生活质量现状;采用单因素和多元线性回归分析影响患者术后性生活质量的相关因素。结果本研究调查结果显示,50例腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术患者术后性生活质量总分为(705.87±25.63)分,其中性心理、性唤起、性欲、性高潮、异常症状方面分别为(155.91±27.46)分、(135.68±24.15)分、(135.85±30.97)分、(135.79±24.45)分、(140.27±21.46)分;单因素分析结果显示,年龄、文化程度、性欲降低、性交频率降低、性兴奋障碍、阴道痉挛、性高潮功能障碍、性交疼痛及性困难是影响患者术后性生活质量的相关因素,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);将影响腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术患者术后性生活质量的相关因素放入多元线性回归方程,分析结果显示,性欲降低、性交疼痛及性高潮功能障碍是影响腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术患者术后性生活质量的独立因素,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论本研究选取的腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术患者性生活质量总分为(705.87±25.63)分,性欲降低、性交疼痛及性高潮功能障碍是影响腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术患者术后性生活质量的独立因素,提示应加强对患者及其伴侣的健康宣教,使其意识到手术并不会影响术后性生活,保持正确性生活习惯,指导患者尽早进行相关功能锻炼,以提升患者术后性生活质量。

Objective To investigate the factors influencing the quality of sexual life after laparoscopic myomectomy and its intervention measures.Methods Fifty patients with hysteromyoma admitted to our hospital from March,2018 to May,2019 were selected as research objects.Through questionnaire survey,their basic data and status of sexual life quality after the operation were collected.Single factor and multiple linear regression analysis were used to analyze the factors influencing their quality of sexual life after the operation.Results The total score of sexual life quality of the 50 patients after laparoscopic myomectomy was(705.87±25.63);the scores of sexual psychology,arousal,desire,orgasm,and abnormal symptoms were(155.91±27.46),(135.68±24.15),(135.85±30.97),(135.79±24.45),and(140.27±21.46).The results of single factor analysis showed that age,education level,low sexual desire,low sexual frequency,sexual excitement disorder,vaginal spasm,orgasm dysfunction,sexual pain,and sexual difficulty were the related factors affecting the quality of sexual life after the operation(all P<0.05).The results showed that the decrease of libido,pain of sexual intercourse and orgasm dysfunction were the independent factors affecting the quality of sexual life after laparoscopic myomectomy(all P<0.05).Conclusion In this study,the total average score of sexual life quality of the patients with laparoscopic myomectomy was(705.87±25.63).Low sexual desire,pain of sexual intercourse,and dysfunction of orgasm are independent factors affecting the quality of sexual life of patients after laparoscopic myomectomy,suggestint that health education for the patients and their partners should be strengthened to make them realize that the operation does not affect their sexual life.Good habit of sexual life ND guiding the patients to carry out relevant functional exercises as early as possible can improve their quality of sexual life after operation.
