高磷血症对慢性肾病血液透析患者生活质量的影响

The effect of hyperphosphatemia on the quality of life of hemodialysis patients with chronic kidney disease

目的:探讨高磷血症对慢性肾病血液透析患者生活质量的影响。方法:选取2017年12月~2019年3月进行血液透析的100例终末期肾脏病患者,其中接受血液透析后血磷正常患者有50例,高血磷患者50例。比较两组患者生活质量得分情况和自我效能得分情况,判断高磷血症对血液透析患者生活质量的影响。结果:比较两组患者的生活质量得分发现,在躯体功能、生理功能、活力、社会职能、情感职能、心理健康、生理健康和生活质量总分等方面,高磷血组患者的得分均显著低于血磷正常组患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);比较两组患者的自我效能得分发现,高磷血组患者症状管理、疾病共性管理和自我效能总分均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高磷血症降低患者的自我效能得分,并降低患者的生活质量,应在临床上引起足够的重视。

Objective To investigate the effect of hyperphosphatemia on the quality of life of hemodialysis patients with chronic kidney disease.Method This study selected 100 patients with chronic kidney disease who underwent hemodialysis in our hospital,including 50 patients with normal blood phosphorus and 50 patients with high blood phosphorus after hemodialysis.The quality of life scores and self-efficacy scores of the two groups were compared to determine the effect of hyperphosphatemia on the quality of life of hemodialysis patients.Results The life quality scores of patients in the two groups were compared,and it was found that in terms of body function,physiological function,vitality,social function,emotional function,mental health,physical health and life quality,the scores of patients in the high-phosphatemia group were significantly lower than those in the normal phosphatemia group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).By comparing the self-efficacy scores of patients in the two groups,it was found that symptoms management,common disease management and self-efficacy scores of patients in the high-phosphatemia group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hyperphosphatemia can decrease the self-efficacy score and the quality of life of patients.
