肠内免疫营养支持联合化疗治疗晚期结直肠癌的临床效果观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Advanced Colorectal Cancer with Intestinal Immunotrophic Support and Chemotherapy

目的:探讨针对晚期结直肠癌患者使用肠内免疫营养支持联合化疗的临床治疗效果。方法:选取2017年2月~2019年6月78例接受治疗的晚期结直肠癌患者,随患者意愿分为常规组与研究组各39例,分别进行化疗以及联合肠内免疫营养支持,比较两组患者临床治疗效果。结果:常规组患者各项营养指标水平显著低于研究组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者免疫指标显著优于常规组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:化疗配合肠内免疫营养支持,对治疗晚期结直肠癌患者疗效显著,有效改善患者免疫及营养状态,促进恢复胃肠道功能,缓解患者症状,缩短住院时间,临床需广泛推广。

Objective This article will explore the clinical efficacy of enteral immunonutrition support combined chemotherapy for patients with advanced colorectal cancer.Method From February 2017 to June 2019,78 patients with advanced colorectal cancer who went to our hospital for treatment were selected and divided into routine group and study group,39 cases in each group.chemotherapy and combined enteral immunonutrition support were respectively performed.To compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results All the nutritional indexes of routine group were significantly lower than the study group(P<0.05),and the immune index of the study group was significantly better than that of the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Chemotherapy combined with enteral immune nutrition support is effective in the treatment of patients with advanced colorectal cancer.It can effectively improve the immune and nutritional status of patients,promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,relieve the symptoms of patients and shorten the length of hospital stay,the clinical needs to be ridely promoted.
