摘要
高强度间歇训练(HIIT)是在短时间内进行全力、快速、爆发式的一种训练方式。HIIT既可以促进身体健康,还能够改善记忆和注意功能的某些方面。本文梳理总结了HIIT对记忆和注意功能改善的研究成果,得到如下结论:1)HIIT可以显著改善长时记忆,但对短时记忆无积极影响;2)HIIT不仅可以改善健康人群的注意功能,而且对特殊人群同样有显著效果;3)HIIT对工作记忆和注意网络的影响有待进一步探索;4)已有研究多采用行为指标,未来可引入神经影像学、电生理等指标。
High intensity interval training(HIIT)is a kind of training method with full strength,fast and explosive in a short time.HIIT can not only promote physical health,but also improve some aspects of memory and attention function.This paper summarizes the research results of HIIT on the improvement of memory and attention function,and draws the following conclusions:1)HIIT can significantly improve long-term memory,but has no positive effect on short-term memory;2)HIIT can not only improve the attention function of healthy people,but also has significant effect on special groups;3)the influence of HIIT on working memory and attention network needs further exploration;4)Behavioral indicators have been widely used in previous studies,and neuroimaging,electrophysiology and other indicators can be introduced in the future.
