构建农村法律服务体系是助推乡村振兴的法治保障,是实现全面小康的应有之义。目前,我国农村地区面临着法律服务机构城乡失衡、法律服务制度需要完善的日益突出的情况,需要从整合法律服务组织机构、实现法律服务机制供需平衡等方面予以完善。

The construction of rural legal service system is the legal guarantee to boost the rural revitalization,and is the proper measure to realize the overall well-off society.At present,China's rural areas are facing the increasingly prominent dilemma of the imbalance between urban and rural legal service institutions and the contradiction between the supply and demand of the legal service system,which needs to be improved from the aspects of integrating the legal service organizations and realizing the balance between the supply and demand of the legal service mechanism.
