农业电动轮式拖拉机质量评价技术规范研究

Study on Technical Specification for Quality Evaluation ofAgricultural Electric Wheeled Tractor

简要阐述电动拖拉机与传统拖拉机的结构区别及优缺点,分析国外电动拖拉机发展现状及我国电动拖拉机研究进展。参照传统拖拉机与电动汽车,提出了以安全性、适应性、可靠性、动力性、经济性等指标的电动农业轮式拖拉机质量评价技术规范,并对各项指标进行了细化。分析电动拖拉机相关标准建立的必要性,指出应加快制定电动拖拉机经济性试验方法标准以及制定电动拖拉机电池相关标准体系,促进电动农业轮式拖拉机质量评价技术规范的完善,引导支持电动拖拉机的设计生产以及检验检测。

The structure difference,advantages and disadvantages between electric tractors and traditional tractors were briefly described.The development status at abroad and research progress at home of electric tractors were analyzed.Referring to the traditional tractor and electric vehicle,the technical specifications for quality evaluation of electric agricultural wheeled tractors based on safety,adaptability,reliability,dynamic property,economy were put forward,and the indexes were refined.The necessity of establishing relevant standards for electric tractors was analyzed,and it was point out that economic test method standards for electric tractors and related standard system for electric tractor battery should be formulated quickly,to promote the perfection of technical specifications for quality evaluation of electric agricultural tractors,and to guide and support the design,production and test of electric tractors.
