摘要
以某整车为研究对象,根据多体动力学理论、整车各系统的硬点数据和各项性能参数,在分析软件ADAMS中建立完整子系统,基于虚拟四柱试验台,对汽车各子系统进行装配。在建立的整车多体动力学模型中,根据GB/T 4970-2009《汽车平顺性试验方法》规定,建立随机路面和凸块脉冲模型,依据汽车底盘传递到人体的纵向、横向、垂向的加速度数值,来评价汽车的平顺性。参照国家标准,对仿真结果进行了研究分析,试验车辆符合平顺性相关标准。
Taking a whole vehicle as a research object,based on the multi-body dynamics theory,hard point data of each vehicle system and various performance parameters,a complete subsystem is built in the analysis software ADAMS,and the vehicle subsystem is assembled based on the virtual four-column test bench.In the established multi-body vehicle dynamics model,random pavement and bump pulses are established in the analysis software according to GB/T 4970-2009 Method of Running Test-Automotive Ride Comfort.The ride comfort is evaluated based on the longitudinal,lateral and vertical acceleration transmitted from vehicle chassis to human body.The simulation results are studied and analyzed according to the corresponding national standards,The analysis result shows that the test vehicle meets the requirement of ride comfort standards.
