单缸柴油机的非道路国三排放喷油器总成开发 被引量:1

摘要 为满足单缸水冷ZS1115柴油机的非道路第三阶段排放要求,通过选择合适的电控单体泵加机械P系列孔式喷油器、改进喷油器总成结构、提高喷油器总成的喷射压力、优化喷孔形状、缩小喷孔直径、提高流量系数和流通特性、采用无压力室油嘴等措施,使优化设计后的喷油器总成满足了排放法规要求。 In order to meet the requirement of non-road China Ⅲ emission regulation,the injector assembly of ZS1115 sing-cylinder diesel engine is optimized by selecting suitable electric control unit pump and P series hole-type fuel injector,improving the structure of injector assembly,increasing the injection pressure of injector assembly,optimizing the shape of jet hole,reducing the diameter of jet hole,increasing the flow coefficient and flow characteristic,adopting the injection nozzle without pressure chamber and other measures.Then the injector assembly can meet the engine emission requirement after optimization.
