摘要
以安徽省开放学员为研究对象,通过问卷调查的形式,考察人力资本和社会资本对开放教育学员创业意愿影响。结果表明:人力资本和社会资本对开放学员中的潜在创业者具有影响作用,能够促进其产生创业意愿,创业自我效能感在其中起到中介作用,由此提出发展开放教育学员创业培训教育、加强创业实践、优化创业政策制定、提高开放教育学员的创业意愿。
This paper takes Anhui open education students as the research object,and studies the influence of human capital and social capital on the entrepreneurial willingness of open education students through questionnaire survey.The results show that the human capital and social capital have an impact on the potential entrepreneurs among the open students and have explanatory ability for the formation of entrepreneurial willingness,and entrepreneurial self-efficacy plays an intermediary role in it.Therefore,developing entrepreneurial training education,strengthening entrepreneurial practice,optimizing entrepreneurial policy-making and improving the entrepreneurial willingness of open education students are put forward.
