Investigation and Analysis of Employment Intention of Graduates from Local Agricultural Colleges and Countermeasures

随着高校毕业生人数的不断增多,毕业生的就业压力也不断增加,农业院校毕业生的就业形势将更加艰难。对地方农业院校本科毕业生的就业意向进行调查,从就业意向、就业困扰和就业指导三个方面,系统分析地方农业院校本科毕业生的就业意向,并根据分析识别的就业意向内容,从加强专业实践教育、完善就业指导服务、健全创业教育体系、开展职业规划教育和丰富教育活动形式等方面提出提高毕业生就业质量的建议与对策。

With the increasing number of college graduates,the employment pressure of graduates is also increasing,and the employment situation of agricultural college graduates will also be more difficult.This article investigates the employment intention of undergraduate graduates in local agricultural colleges and universities,systematically analyzes the employment intention of undergraduate graduates in local agricultural colleges from three aspects of employment intention,employment distress and employment guidance,identifies the employment content of intentions according to the analysis,and proposes countermeasures to improve the employment quality of graduates from the aspects of strengthening professional practical education,perfecting employment guidance services,strengthening entrepreneurship education system,carrying out career planning education and enriching educational activities.
