大人文背景下高职院校人文素质提升策略研究

摘要 人文素质教育是近些年来教育界持续关注的课题。当前我国高职教育重视学生理论知识的学习和职业技能的培养,却忽视了学生人文素质教育。面对高职学生工作中出现后劲儿不足的情况,高职院校越来越重视提高学生的人文素质。实践表明,高职院校学生只有成为具有较高人文素质的技能型人才,才能在职场中保持强劲的竞争力,在社会生活中成为全面发展的人。 Humanistic quality education is a subject that the education circle pays close attention to continuously in recent years.In the current society,higher vocational education in our country often attaches great importance to the study of students'theoretical knowledge and the cultivation of vocational skills,but ignores the humanistic quality education of students.In the face of the shortage of students'staying power in work,higher vocational colleges pay more and more attention to the improvement of students'humanistic quality education.Practical research shows that only when students in higher vocational colleges become skilled talents with higher humanistic quality can they maintain strong competitiveness in the workplace and become all-round persons in social life.
