自然保护地体系下的城市绿色空间系统构建路径

Establishing Urban Green Space System from the Perspective of Natural Reserve System

随着城镇化进程的加快,城市绿色空间已成为城市宜居性和可持续发展的重要体现。在生态文明建设提出建构“山水林田湖草”生命共同体的背景下,如何构建城市绿色空间系统、最优化发挥绿色空间的功能与价值,已成为当前国土空间规划领域关注的关键内容。文章系统论述和梳理了城市绿色空间与自然保护地体系的概念及内涵,明晰二者在逻辑关系上的传导、在研究尺度上的关联、在供给需求上的转换及在空间承载上的层次等关系。在此基础上,融合相关研究成果,提出自然保护地体系视野下城市绿色空间构建的思路与策略,并在秦巴腹地汉中市予以实践应用。

Green space has been symbolic in livable city and sustainable urban development in fast urbanization.In the context of ecological civilization construction,establishing green space system and optimizing green space functions has become key points of national land use and space planning.The paper reviews the concept and connotation of green space and natural reserve system,clarifies the logical transmission,research connection,supply-demand switch,and spatial hierarchy of them.It further proposes concept and strategy of establishing urban green space system from the perspective of natural reserve system,and practices the method in Hanzhong city.
