存量背景下公园城市实践路径探索——公园化转型与网络化建构

Exploration of Park City Development Paths in the Context of Built-up Area Redevelopment:Park Transition and Networking

针对存量背景下城市难以在现有格局中直接实施公园城市规划与建设的问题,文章从存量空间的生态化、公园化转型入手,通过带动线性空间资源的更新与转型,进而撬动整个区域的公园城市建设。在此基础上,从空间利用形式、动力机制和精神内涵方面提出存量空间公园化转型优化的策略,并利用网络构建方法将转型的存量空间进行联系与组织,整合与构建公园城市空间结构,探索存量背景下公园城市的规划设计方法。

In the context of built-up area redevelopment,cities are difficult to carry out park planning and construction in the existing layout.To promote ecological transition of built up areas,linear spaces shall be utilized to vitalize park city development of the whole area.The paper further proposes strategies of park development of built up areas in spatial utilization,driving force,and spiritual connotation.Transformed built up areas are connected by networking to establish a spatial structure for park city development.
