摘要
一种惯组在线自标定与自动化测试方案是以分度盘转位台为载体,利用其角位置定位精度高、重复性好、体积小、自锁紧稳定性和环境适应性强等优势,为惯组系统在线自标定和自动化测试提供基准,同时采用多种串口通信方式进行高速数据传输,可实现惯性组件在车载、弹载等外场环境下的在线自标定及室内环境下的自动化测试。实验结果表明,该方案使惯组标定具有操作简单、工作量小、维护成本低的优势,惯组测试具有批量测试效率和自动化程度高、人工劳动量小的特点,整体上具有较强的应用价值和意义。
An on-line self-calibration and automated testing scheme of IMU was based on indexing table.It made full use of its advantages of high angular positioning accuracy,good repeat-ability,small size,self-locking stability and strong environmental adaptability,which could provide a reference for on-line self-calibration and automatic test.At the same time,high-speed data transmission could be realized by using multiple serial communication modes.On-line self-calibration in outfield environment such as vehicle-borne and missile-borne and automatic test in indoor environment could be achieved successfully.The experimental results showed that the scheme had the advantages of simple operation,small workload and low maintenance cost.The test of IMU had the characteristics of high batch detection efficiency,high automation and small manual labor.Therefore,it had strong application value and significance on the whole.
