Thoughts on development of medical programs in local medical schools under the background of“Double Ten-Thousand Plan”——a case of program development in Harbin Medical University

一流本科专业建设“双万计划”为地方医学院校建设一流本科专业带来了机遇和挑战。围绕“双万计划”背景,以哈尔滨医科大学为例,系统梳理了地方医学院校在办学理念、专业布局、师资队伍建设、素质教育、教学基地建设、质量文化建设的实践和成效,以期为地方医学院校专业建设提供参考和借鉴。

The“Double Ten-Thousand Plan”has brought opportunities and challenges for the development of first-class undergraduate programs in local medical schools.Centering on the background of“Double Ten-Thousand Plan”and taking Harbin Medical University as an example,this paper systematically sorted out the practice and effects of local medical schools in educational philosophy,program layout,faculty development,professional education,teaching bases and quality culture,so as to provide reference for program development in local medical schools.
