北京市超声医学专业住院医师结业技能考核结果分析与思考

Analysis and reflection on the examination results of graduation skills of ultrasound medicine specialty in Beijing residents’standardized training

目的分析2020年北京市住院医师规范化培训超声医学专业结业技能考核结果,探讨其影响因素。方法收集2020年北京市住院医师规范化培训超声医学专业考生基本资料、技能考核各项成绩及总体考核结果,采用χ^2检验对不同类别考生的总体考核结果、不同站点及不同考核项目的考核结果进行统计分析。结果不同身份类型(χ^2=0.453,P=0.797)、不同学历层次(χ^2=1.990,P=0.549)、不同培养年限(χ^2=1.132,P=0.568)考生的合格率差异均无统计学意义;不同考核站点的考生通过率(χ^2=453.611,P=0.000)差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中,“人文沟通与新冠肺炎及医院感染考核”考核通过率(100%)最高,“上机操作”考核通过率(97.5%)其次,“放射影像与核医学阅片”与“病例分析诊断”通过率(94.17%)最低;除腹部考核项目,同一组别内容的上机操作合格率高于病例分析诊断。结论北京市超声医学专业住院医师已初步实现同质化培训,但应针对技能掌握的薄弱环节科学化的加强培训。

Objective To analyze the examination results of graduation skills of ultrasound medicine specialty in Beijing residents’standardized training in 2020 and to explore the influencing factors.Methods The basic data,skill assessment results and overall examination results of ultrasound medicine specialty in Beijing residents’standardized training were collected,and the overall examination results of different categories of candidates,different sites and different assessment items were statistically analyzed byχ^2test test.Results There were no significant differences in the pass rates of candidates with different identity types(χ^2=0.453,P=0.797),different educational levels(χ^2=1.990,P=0.549),different training years(χ^2=1.132,P=0.568);the pass rates of candidates at different assessment sites(χ^2=453.611,P=0.000)were statistically significant(P<0.05).Among them,the pass rate of“humanistic communication and assessment of new coronary pneumonia and nosocomial infection”(100%)was the highest,and the pass rate of“operation skill”was 97.5%.Secondly,the pass rate of“radiological imaging and nuclear medicine reading”and“case analysis and diagnosis”was the lowest(94.17%).Except for abdominal examination items,the pass rate of operation skill of the same group was higher than that of case analysis and diagnosis.Conclusion Residents of Beijing ultrasound medical specialty have preliminarily achieved homogeneous training,but the training should be strengthened scientifically for the weak links of skill mastery.
