摘要
高职“双高计划”建设的主要抓手是高端产教融合集成化实践平台,重点任务是破解产教融合体制机制问题,强化企业重要主体作用。企业参与职教办学属于社会责任考虑,根本动因是有助于实现企业“利润”,企业“协办主体”身份意味着承担履行“协办责任”。应该从技术、制度和文化三个层面透析产教融合中企业参与不足的障碍与缘由,探寻产教融合的性质与特征,探索混合所有制“共享工厂”模式以推进产教融合实践平台体制机制变革,从而强化企业参与办学的主体责任,破解“校热企冷”合作困境。
The key to the“Double High Program”in higher vocational education is the high-end integrated practical platform combining production and education.Its important task is to solve the problem of the integration system and mechanism of production and education,emphasizing the significant role of enterprise entity.Enterprises’participation in higher vocational education belongs to social responsibility,and its fundamental drive is to make“profits”.Enterprises’“assisting entity”identity means to shoulder the“assisting responsibility”.From the aspects of technology,system and culture,this paper analyzes the barrier and reason for the insufficient participation of enterprises in the integration of production and education,explores the nature and characteristics of the integration of production and education,and the mixed ownership mode of“sharing factory”is proposed to promote the system and mechanism reform of the practical platform integrating production and education in order to enhance the entity responsibility of enterprises’participation in education and solve the cooperation predicament of“hot college and cold enterprise”.
