上海应把握全球财富增长向亚洲倾斜的格局变化,抓住我国国民财富快速增长的机遇,以提升全球金融资源配置能力为核心,加快建设全球资产管理中心的步伐,使投资框架和治理实践与国际标准接轨,以更大力度、在更大范围推进金融对外开放,吸引全球领先资管机构落户上海,形成全球最优资管行业生态圈,把上海建设成为全球最重要的人民币资产金融枢纽和定价中心,使上海成为与我国财富总量和人民币国际地位相适应的全球资产管理中心。

Shanghai should grasp the change of global wealth growth towards Asia,seize the opportunity of rapid growth of China’s national wealth,focus on improving global financial resource allocation capacity,accelerate the pace of building a global asset management center,bring the investment framework and governance practices into line with international standards,and promote financial opening to the outside world with greater efforts and in a wider scope,attracting the world’s leading asset management institutions to settle in Shanghai,forming the global optimal asset management industry ecosystem.We will build Shanghai into the most important financial hub and pricing center of RMB assets in the world,and make Shanghai a global asset management center that adapts to China’s total wealth and the international status of RMB.
