The Practice of Shenzhen’s Opening-up and the Challenges and Ideas of Deepening Opening-up in the New Era

深圳经济特区设立40周年以来,秉承“敢为天下先”的精神,坚持以人为本的理念,不断扩大开放、锐意创新,营造公平竞争环境,以开放促改革、促发展,积累起巨大能量和优势,成绩斐然。本文在总结深圳发展成绩与经验的基础上,分析深圳面临的国际环境、企业经营、发展空间以及人才储备等多方面挑战,提出以打造全球标杆性城市为目标,以推进更高水平对外开放为主要路径,着眼于国际化、现代化,构建深圳高质量发展的新思路与大战略。

Since the 40th anniversary of the establishment of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone,it has been adhering to the spirit of“dare to be the first in the world”and the people-oriented concept,constantly expanding opening-up,determined to innovate,creating a level playing field,promoting reform and development through opening up,and accumulating huge energy and advantages,the results are outstanding.Based on the summary of Shenzhen’s development achievements and experience,this article analyzes Shenzhen’s challenges in the international environment,business operations,development space,and talent reserves,and proposes to build a global benchmark city as the goal to promote a higher level of opening-up as the main path,focusing on internationalization and modernization,and constructing new ideas and grand strategies for Shenzhen’s high-quality development.
