摘要
针对军队联合岗位人才培养需要,本文从联合岗位军事职业教育的培养特点出发,提出基于岗位需求的反向设计与正向实施和基于CDIO工程教育理念能力映射的岗位能力需求与分析模型。针对某联合岗位进行实例研究和论证,建立岗位核心能力培养模型,形成联合岗位核心能力框架列表,在分析专业课程设置贡献度的基础上,设置了培养岗位能力所需的微专业并形成联合岗位课程体系。本文方法为培养我军各类联合岗位人才提供了一种规范化的课程体系论证模式。
Given the requirements of personnel training in military joint positions and the training characteristics of military vocational education for joint positions,this paper proposes the position-capability-demand and analysis model,based on the reverse design and forward implementation of position requirements and on the capability mapping of the CDIO engineering education concept.Based on the case study and demonstration of a joint position,the core competence training model of the position is built and the list of the core competence framework is formed.On the basis of the analysis of the contribution of the professional course setting,the micro majors required for the position competence training are set up and the course system is established.This method a standardized demonstration model of curriculum system for training all kinds of military joint position personnel in China.
