“战研训”融合式专业学位研究生课程体系探究 被引量:1

摘要 本文以军事院校应用心理硕士专业学位研究生为例,在调查和访谈基础上发现,其在课程设置上既保持专业性又体现特殊性,重视学科专业性及其相关课程比重,突出实践课程地位。但课程设置自身目标与人才培养目标存在差距,课程结构中必修课与选修课程比例有待优化,课程内容与部队需要贴切度有待增强,未能将作战、研究和训练进行有序、有机地整合,与新时代军事教育方针要求还存在差距。依据调查结果提出构建“战研训”融合式课程体系。 This paper is based on the investigation and interview of the postgraduates in the program of master of applied psychology(MAP)in military academies.It is found that the curriculum maintains professionalism and uniqueness,emphasizes subject specialization and the proportion of related courses,and attaches importance to the status of professional practice courses.However,there is a gap between the goal of curriculum and the goal of talent training.It is necessary to optimize the proportion of required courses and elective courses.The course content needs to be more relevant to the needs of the army.The integration of training,research and combat is insufficient and a gap exists between the curriculum goal and the new era military education policy.This paper is proposing the“combating-research-training”integrated curriculum system.
