军队院校混合式对分课堂教学模式研究与实践——以“武器控制技术基础”课程为例 被引量:4

摘要 武器装备的信息化发展对军事人才的信息素养和创新应用能力提出了更高的要求,军队院校如何高效培养满足装备发展需求的新型军事人才,是一个急需解决的问题。结合军队院校教学活动的内敛性、差异性、独特性、强制性等特点,响应教学改革诉求,践行以学生为中心的教学理念和围绕能力培养的教学目标,提出了适应军队院校教学实际的混合式对分课堂教学模式,探讨了教学实施的具体流程,以“武器控制技术基础”课程为例进行了实践应用。 The informational development of weapons and equipment has put forward higher requirements for the information literacy and innovative application ability of military personnel.How to effectively train military personnel to meet the requirements of equipment development in military academies is an urgent problem to be solved.Taking into consideration the characteristics of convergence,difference,uniqueness and mandatory of teaching activities in military academies,the demands of teaching reform,the student-centered teaching concept and the teaching goal of ability training,this paper puts forward a blended teaching mode under divided class that meets the need of the actual teaching practice in military academies,explores the specific process of teaching implementation.This model was adopted in the course of Fundamentals of Weapon Control Technology.
