摘要
构建“三全育人”体系是高校落实立德树人根本任务的战略举措,高校应以系统化思维、协同化机制整体构建“三全育人”体系。通过对8所高校“三全育人”体系构建现状的调查发现,教师对“三全育人”有理性认识,希望系统落实;学生对“三全育人”有积极认同,期待协同推进。高校应从主体协同、内容协同和方法协同三个维度建立“三全育人”协同机制,高质量推进新时代铸魂育人工程。
The construction of“three-in-one education”system is a strategic measure for colleges and universities to carry out the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating talents.Colleges and universities should construct the“three-in-one education”system as a whole with systematic thinking and cooperative mechanism.Through the investigation of the present situation of the construction of the“three-in-one education”system in 8 universities,it is found that teachers have a rational understanding of the“three-in-one education”and hope to implement it systematically.Students have a positive recognition of“three-in-one education”and look forward to cooperating with it.Colleges and universities should establish a“three-in-one education”coordination mechanism from the three dimensions of subject coordination,content coordination and method coordination so as to systematically promote the soul-building education project in the new era.
