摘要
采用PRO/E及ANSYS Workbench软件对大流量高压供油泵多支撑轴系凸轮轴开展有限元分析。静力学分析和模态分析的结果表明:该凸轮轴的强度能够满足实际工况要求;凸轮1和凸轮2连接处变形极大,是易断裂点,在对凸轮轴进行优化设计时应重点考虑该连接处;轴颈振动对凸轮轴工作性能影响显著,应对轴颈采取减振措施。
PRO/E and ANSYS Workbench were employed to carry out finite element analysis on the multi-support camshaft system of large flow high-pressure fuel pumps.The static analysis and modal analysis show that the strength of this camshaft can meet with the working requirements,there was large deformation at the joint of camshaft 1 and camshaft 2,and it was an easy-crack point.So in the optimization design of the camshaft,the joint should be paid more attention to.As the vibration of journal has big influence on the performance of camshaft,so anti-vibration measures should be taken.
