摘要
采用流体仿真软件STAR-CCM+,并基于k-ε紊流模型,对JO115X液力偶合器流场开展了仿真分析,获得了偶合器流场的速度和压力分布情况及涡轮扭矩值。性能试验结果显示:涡轮扭矩仿真值与试验值最大误差为6.6%。表明:仿真分析真实可靠,可为液力偶合器型腔流场设计提供指导。
Based on k-εturbulent model,the flow field of JO115X fluid coupling was simulated and analyzed with the fluid simulation software STAR-CCM+.The velocity and pressure distribution of the flow field of the fluid coupling was obtained.The performance test results show that the maximum error between the simulation value and the test value of turbine torque is 6.6%,which means the simulation is reliable and can offer reference for the design of cavity flow field of fluid coupling.
