空气进入引起柴油机冷却水、燃油压力低故障分析

摘要 针对某船用V型柴油机在高工况时出现的冷却水压力低和燃油压力低故障,结合淡水泵及燃油系统原理对故障现象进行分析。分析表明:二种故障均为因空气进入管路系统引发压力降低或波动所致。在此基础上提出了改进措施。 To deal with the failures of a V type marine diesel engine that its cooling water and fuel pre-ssure was low at high load,analysis was carried out based on the principles of fresh water pump and fuel system.The analysis results show that these two failures were all caused by air admission in pipeline system which led to pressure decreasing or fluctuation.Improvement solutions are given based on the study.
