BaBS玻璃烧结助剂对CaTiO3陶瓷结构及性能影响

Effect of BaBS Glass Sintering Agent on Structure and Properties of CaTiO3 Ceramics

摘要 采用SEM和网络分析仪等分析测试手段研究了BaBS玻璃对CaTiO3陶瓷微观结构与微波介电性能的影响。研究结果表明:随着烧结温度的升高,BaBS玻璃添加量由25%降低至10%,BaBS/CaTiO3复合材料的致密性逐渐变好;随着烧结温度由920℃升温至1020℃,BaBS/CaTiO3复合材料样品的介质损耗逐渐降低;BaBS玻璃添加量为20%、25%,烧结温度为920~1020℃时,BaBS/CaTiO3复合材料样品的介电常数、密度随温度变化波动较小。 The effects of BaBS glass on the microstructure and microwave dielectric properties of CaTiO3 ceramics were investigated by means of SEM and network analyzer.The results show that with the increase of sintering temperature and the decrease of addition of BaBS glass from 25%to 10%,the densification of BaBS/CaTiO3 composites improved gradually.And the dielectric loss of BaBS/CaTiO3 composites decreased gradually as the sintering temperature increased from 920℃to 1020℃.When the addition of BaBS glass is 20%and 25%,the permittivity and density of BaBS/CaTiO3 composites changed little within temperature range of 920℃to 1020℃.
