Based upon the daily operation of rolled ultra clear photovoltaic glass,a new roller washing process was proposed.This process could improve the quality of rolled ultra clear photovoltaic glass by controlling the water purity and the ambient temperature,so that the energy consumption and production cost could be reduced.It also provides a useful reference for the rolled glass industry.
