摘要
利用高温试验炉对3种密封料进行烧结实验,研究3种密封料的耐高温性能以及和大碹硅砖、硅质保温砖的反应情况,结果证明同时含有氧化硅、氧化铝和氧化钙的密封料容易形成低温共熔物,耐高温性能差,与大碹硅砖、硅质保温砖反应造成侵蚀。
Sintering experiments of three mortars were carried out in a high temperature furnace.The refractory properties of the three mortars and their reactions with silica bricks and silica insulating bricks were studied.The results show that the mortar containing silica,alumina and calcium oxide is easy to form low-temperature eutectic,poor high-temperature resistance,and corroded by the reaction with silica bricks and silica insulation bricks of the crown of glass furnace.
