工业窑炉用高辐射率红外节能涂料的研究及工业应用 被引量:5

摘要 研究红外辐射节能涂料发射基料含量、粒径以及涂层厚度对涂层发射率的影响,并测试涂层的硬度、抗热震性能和耐温性能等性能参数。研究结果表明,红外辐射节能涂料在发射基料含量30%,粒径5μm,涂层厚度300μm时,涂层的整体发射率最高,达到0.95。将所制备的红外辐射节能涂料涂覆在陶瓷隧道窑与轧钢加热炉内壁,测试节能涂层在实际工况环境下的节能率以及衰减率。测试数据表明:与未涂覆节能涂层对比,陶瓷隧道窑与轧钢加热炉涂覆红外辐射节能涂层后的节能率分别达9.6%与10.2%,显示出优异的节能效果。涂层在隧道窑炉中的衰减率约为0.17%/年,预示其有一个较长的使用寿命。 The effects of the content of emissive base material,particle size and coating thickness on the emissivity of the coating were studied,and the hardness,thermal shock resistance and heat resistance of the coating were measured.The results show that the overall emissivity of the coating reaches 0.95 when the content of emissive base material is 30%,the particle size is 5μm and the thickness of coating is 300μm.The prepared energy-saving coating material was coated on the inner wall of ceramic tunnel kiln and steel rolling furnace to test the energy-saving rate and attenuation rate of the energy-saving coating under the actual working condition.The test data show that the energy saving rate of the coating in the inner wall of ceramic tunnel kiln and steel rolling furnace is 9.6%and 10.2%,respectively,that means excellent energy saving effect has been reached.The attenuation rate of the coating in ceramic tunnel kiln is about 0.17%per year,which indicates that the coating has a long service life.
