穗梗补水对葡萄采后贮藏性能和果实品质的影响 被引量:4

摘要 穗轴和果梗褐变、失水干枯和果粒脱落、腐烂是葡萄贮运期间的主要问题。为探讨葡萄采后穗轴补水的效果及其对品质的影响,以"醉金香"葡萄果穗为试材,设置穗轴补水(穗轴下端插入装满水的15 mL塑料瓶,瓶口有4.0 mm孔径的圆孔)、整穗保水(整穗覆盖单层0.04 mm厚聚乙烯保鲜膜)、穗轴补水+整穗保水和对照(空白)处理,分别置于4℃和25℃条件贮藏,定期测定相关指标。结果表明,穗轴补水延缓了穗轴和果实失水,延缓果粒腐烂、脱粒,延缓相关酶活性的上升,使果刷耐拉力提高,但对果实可溶性固形物无明显影响。葡萄采后穗梗补水可减少葡萄果穗穗轴、果梗失水,提高其耐贮运能力。
