严寒地区城市防风潜力评价及优化方法

摘要 严寒地区城市面临着冬季漫长寒冷的问题,过高的风速对人体热舒适度影响很大。迎风面积密度(FAD)是评价城市防风潜力的重要指标。文中以大庆市五湖地区为例,通过QGIS计算得到迎风面积密度,结合土地使用性质、建筑密度和容积率评价五湖地区内不同类型建成环境的的防风潜力,识别通风廊道;通过SPSS进行定量分析,发现迎风面积密度与建筑密度和容积率呈现中等正相关关系,合理提高建筑密度和容积率有利于提升城市防风潜力。 Cities in severe cold regions are faced with the problem of long and cold winters,and high wind speed has a great impact on human thermal comfort.The windbreak area(FAD)is an important index to evaluate the windbreak potential.Taking Wuhu area of Daqing city as an example,the windward area density was calculated by QGIS,and the wind protection potential of different types of built-up environment in Wuhu area was evaluated based on the land use nature,building density and plot ratio,and the ventilation corridor was identified.Through quantitative analysis by SPSS,it was found that the windward area density and building density and floor area ratio showed a moderate positive correlation.A reasonable increase in building density and floor area ratio will help increase the city's wind protection potential.
