摘要
文中通过试验在高性能混凝土中掺加短切玄武岩纤维,研究玄武岩纤维高性能混凝土的性能,找出混凝土的最佳配合比。并用正交试验设计了16组配合比方案,探讨玄武岩纤维高性能混凝土性能同纤维和粉煤灰掺量、水胶比、单位用水量和砂率五个因素的联系,再用极差法研究分析了28d混凝土抗压强度和抗折强度。试验结果表明,当玄武岩纤维掺量1.2kg/m^3,粉煤灰替代水泥率20%,水胶比0.30,单位用水量160kg/m^3,砂率38%,为混凝土最佳配合比为工程应用提供一定参考。
The performance of high performance concrete(HPC)is experimentally studied by adding the chopped basalt fiber into the concrete to find out the best mix ratio of concrete.Orthogonal experiments are used to design 16 sets of mix ratio schemes to explore the relationship between the performance of basalt fiber HPC and five factors,which are,the chopped fiber dosage,the content of fly ash,the water/cement ratio,the water consumption,and the sand rate.Furthermore,the compressive strength and flexural strength of 28d concrete are analyzed by the range method,and the best mixing ratio of concrete is obtained.In detail,the content of chopped basalt fiber is 1.2kg/m^3;the content of fly ash is 20%,the water-cement ratio is 0.30,the water consumption is 160kg/m^3,and the sand rate is 38%.The results may provide a reference for the applications of the construction engineering.
