摘要
梯形波纹腹板钢梁应用广泛,由于存在"手风琴效应",剪力与弯矩主要分别由腹板和翼缘承担.与平腹板钢梁相比,梯形波纹腹板钢梁的抗剪承载力相对较高,波纹腹板设计参数较多,其计算也相对复杂,多个设计参数的选择涉及优化问题,本文运用ANSYS有限元对梯形波纹腹板钢梁进行优化分析,实现以较少材料保证钢梁具备相应弹性承载力的目的.在此基础上,开展梯形波纹腹板钢梁和平腹板钢梁的优化计算对比,揭示梯形波纹腹板钢梁弹性承载特点,可为梯形波纹腹板简支钢梁的优化分析提供参考.
The steel girders with trapezoidal corrugated webs are widely used in many fields. Due to the "accordion effect",the shear force of the trapezoidal corrugated web steel girder is mainly borne by the web,and the bending moment is mainly borne by the flange. Compared with flat web steel girders,the shear capacity of trapezoidal corrugated web steel girders is relatively high. The design parameters of corrugated webs are more than those of flat webs,and the calculation of corrugated webs is relatively complicated. The selection of multiple design parameters involves optimization problems. In this paper,the ANSYS finite element method is used to optimize the analysis of the trapezoidal corrugated web steel girders,so as to ensure that the steel girders have the corresponding elastic bearing capacity with less materials. On this basis,the comparison and optimization of trapezoidal corrugated web steel girder and web steel girder is carried out to reveal the elastic bearing characteristics of trapezoidal corrugated web steel girder. This paper can provide a reference for the optimization analysis of the simply supported steel girders with trapezoidal corrugated webs.
