摘要
克罗恩病是一种病因和发病机制尚未明确的表现为慢性非特异性的肠道炎症性疾病。本文描述了目前常见诱因和发病机制对于该疾病的影响,包括地理和食物因素、肠道细胞损伤、肠道菌群失调、肠道黏膜或相关组织病理生理改变和免疫功能失调等。列举了传统药物、生物制剂和中药在疾病中应用以及近年来的治疗研究进展。
Crohn’s disease is a type of chronic non-specific intestinal inflammatory disease whose etiology and pathogenesis have not been clarified.This article describes the impact of current common triggers and pathogenesis on diseases,including geographical and food factors,intestinal cell damage,intestinal flora disorders,pathological and physiological changes of intestinal mucosa or related tissues,and immune dysfunction.The application of traditional medicine,biological preparation and traditional Chinese medicine in diseases and the research progress of treatment in recent years were listed.
