膀胱癌肿瘤免疫研究的现状与展望

Current status and prospects of immuno-oncology research in bladder cancer

在我国,膀胱癌是泌尿系统最常见的恶性肿瘤。肿瘤免疫在膀胱癌的发生、进展、治疗和治疗抵抗中发挥了重要作用。近年来,膀胱癌免疫微环境、免疫学诊断和免疫治疗的相关研究取得了长足进展。本文将从这3个方面对膀胱癌肿瘤免疫研究的现状进行综述。

Bladder cancer is the most common malignant tumor of urinary system in China.The immuno-oncology plays an important role in the occurrence,progression,treatment and therapy-resistance of bladder cancer.In recent years,great progress has been made in the research fields of immune microenvironment,immunological diagnosis and immunotherapy of bladder cancer.We will review the current status of immuno-oncology research in bladder cancer from above three aspects.
