乙醛脱氢酶1B1在结直肠癌中的表达及预后关系

Expression and prognosis of acetaldehyde dehydrogenase 1B1 in colorectal cancer

目的比较乙醛脱氢酶1B1(ALDH1B1)与乙醛脱氢酶1A1(ALDH1A1)在结直肠癌组织中的表达,探讨乙醛脱氢酶1B1的阳性表达与患者生存预后关系。方法收集自沧州市中心医院肛肠外科2010年1月至2012年1月手术切除的86例结直肠癌组织和18例配对的癌旁组织;检测结直肠癌组织及癌旁组织中ALDH1B1与ALDH1A1的表达,比较ALDH1B1与ALDH1A1在癌组织及癌旁组织中的表达,判断ALDH1B1阳性表达与肿瘤组织分化、患者生存预后的关系。计数资料的比较采用χ^2检验。结果ALDH1B1在细胞质内表达,染色后呈棕黄或棕褐色。ALDH1B1癌组织中阳性率91.86%(79/86)高于ALDH1A1癌组织中阳性率69.8%(60/86),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=13.537,P<0.05)。ALDH1B1在癌组织低分化阳性率97.95%(48/49)高于中高分化阳性率83.78%(31/37),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.666,P<0.05)。ALDH1B1高表达患者的总生存期(OS)为33.3%(23/69)低于低表达患者的OS为58.8%(10/17),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=15.000,P<0.05)。结论ALDH1B1可能是影响结直肠癌患者的生存预后的不良因素。

Objective To compare the expression of acetaldehyde dehydrogenase 1B1(ALDH1B1)and acetaldehyde dehydrogenase 1A1(ALDH1A1)in colorectal cancer tissues,and to investigate the relationship between the positive expression of acetaldehyde dehydrogenase 1B1 and survival prognosis.Methods From January 2010 to January 2012,Collecting 86 cases of colorectal cancer tissue and 18 matched paracancerous tissues from Cangzhou Central Hospital.Detection of ALDH1B1 and ALDH1A1 expression in colorectal cancer tissues and adjacent tissues.The expressions of ALDH1B1 and ALDH1A1 in cancer tissues and adjacent tissues were compared,and the relationship between ALDH1B1 positive expression and tumor tissue differentiation and survival prognosis was evaluated.Results ALDH1B1 is expressed in the cytoplasm and is brown or tan after staining.The positive rate of ALDH1B1 cancer tissues was 91.86%(79/86),which was higher than that of ALDH1A1 cancer tissues(69.80%,60/86),the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=13.537,P<0.05).The positive rate of ALDH1B1 in poorly differentiated cancer tissues was 97.95%(48/49),which was higher than that in moderately high differentiation[83.78%(31/37)],the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.666,P<0.05).The overall survival(OS)of patients with high ALDH1B1 expression was 33.3%(23/69)and that of patients with low expression was 58.8%(10/17),the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=15.000,P<0.05).Conclusion ALDH1B1 may be a poor predictor of survival prognosis in patients with colorectal cancer,and ALDH1B1 is expected to be a potential important tumor marker for colorectal cancer.
